Raw foodies delight! This is a class about sprouting lentils, chickpeas, and beans. You will learn how easy it is to grow your own sprouts and mistakes not to make. Bring a mason jar and let's get started! You'll go home with a mason jar with your first sprouts to soak and in a week you'll have the most amazing, nutritious sprouts! Others will be begging you to show them how you do it!

This is a donation based class. All donations benefit Pet Food Not Bombs pet pantry and Lofty Hopes Pigeon Rescue.

As always, Barbed Wire Jewelry will be there with one of a kind wire wrapped jewelry, Crazy Vegan Balm will be there with chemical free handmade body butter, body scrub, and lip balm, we will have Lofty Hopes buttons and earrings available as well as Pet Food Not Bombs t shirts, buttons, and earrings! And don't forget, we make handmade vegan dog treats too! All sales benefit Lofty Hopes and Pet Food Not Bombs.

We also have a box on the back patio for our pet food & (new or used) pet supply drive. Donations can be dropped off at any time, as Go Vegan Cafe has kindly left the box there at all times.
